A library full of flavor and heart! Citymeals, in partnership with Kitchen Arts and Letters is excited to introduce our "Chefs' Library" series. To kick things off, Chef Marc Forgione — a longtime friend of Citymeals — has handpicked the culinary books that shaped his journey as a chef. A percentage of the proceeds from each sale will be donated to support our work feeding older New Yorkers in need this holiday season. Each collection includes special keepsakes and access to a virtual discussion with Chef Forgione. It's the perfect gift for a foodie friend or to enjoy yourself.
Dineout celebrates our culinary industry roots by supporting our restaurant partners and delighting philanthropic foodies. Support older New Yorkers in need by purchasing a table for six guests. You'll be matched with one of this year’s participating restaurants according to neighborhood and cuisine preferences. Every year, our Dineout partners deliver memorable and special evenings, whether you are hosting friends from out of town, celebrating a family birthday, entertaining clients or treating colleagues after hours. Reservations are handled by Citymeals and can be made through October 31, 2025.
Chef Daniel Boulud opens his flagship restaurant, DANIEL, each spring to host an elegant dinner for Citymeals supporters and raise funds to fight elder hunger in New York City. He's joined in the kitchen by a roster of fabulous guest chefs for an intimate and unforgettable night of fine dining, wine pairings and a fun-filled auction. The next Sunday Supper will take place on April 12, 2026.
For decades, Chefs' Tribute to Citymeals has hosted the party of the summer, a lavish walk-around tasting event supporting older New Yorkers in need. Chefs' Tribute is a feast for the senses, with delicious bites from the hottest chefs and restaurants, craft cocktails and live music. The next Chefs' Tribute will take place on June 8, 2026.
